With the addition of our individualized Personal Care Program, Stratford Manor now offers a program for those who are in between independent and assisted living-not healthy enough to be completely independent, but too healthy to live in a specialized nursing care facility. With our tailor-made Resident Care Program, our residents receive personalized assisted living services, from the privacy and comfort of their homes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
